As a genealogist and keeper of family memories, the best presents to receive on your birthday are always the ones that mean something special to another family member. So when I received a birthday card today from my Dad and found enclosed a photograph of my grandfather as a child and another of my great grandparents I was extremely happy. 🙂
Like my ever expanding collection of old photographs, I will keep these photos safe and put them to good use so generations after me can also enjoy them.
